We do not accept returns on cosmetics due to sanitary reasons.
We advise that you research the product before making a purchase. Reach out to the seller if you have questions about a product before purchase.
However, we will accept a return if
1. You receive the wrong item. The item must be unused with an intact seal for a full refund or replacement
2. You receive defective items. Keep original packaging. Postal agencies may require it. Contact support
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
– Except due to our error, the product received becomes defective during transit and has been confirmed by the shipping carrier
– Otherwise, the above, you pay the shipping cost.
At AdukeSignature, we gladly accept returns of items.
A full refund is available only under these conditions:
-The item you ordered and have received is in the original condition as you got it; unused and sealed, intact.
-Product tags are in place.
A partial refund is available when.
In case of returns:
When products are out of stock.
We will refund/credit you should your purchase/order is out of stock in a minimum of 2 days.
When delivery is delayed.
If you have any problem regarding your order, reach out to the seller within 3 days.
When there are missing refunds, follow these steps:
– Check your bank account again
– Contact your credit card company if it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
– Then, contact your bank to inform you how long it takes for a refund to be posted.

Change of address after order placement.
If you realize you have the wrong address while placing your order, reach out to us within 24 hours to rectify it.
